Dr. Michelle Braden, PCC, MCEC, is an esteemed coach, author, and speaker currently serving as President and CEO of MSBCoach since August 2007. With extensive experience in leadership coaching, Dr. Braden has held roles as an adjunct faculty member and certified coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and as an executive coach at AIIR Consulting and for Fortune 500 executives. Additionally, Dr. Braden is an advanced certified associate and partner with Emergenetics International, fostering understanding of personal motivations and strengths within organizations. Contributions to the Forbes Coaches Council and previous coaching roles with the Mandela-Washington Fellowship and The Honor Foundation highlight Dr. Braden's commitment to leadership development.
