Danielle Polaskey

Danielle Polaskey has had extensive experience in the field of human resources. Danielle is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Emergent BioSolutions since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Enprotech Industrial Technologies, LLC. from April 2021 to April 2022. Danielle also served as the Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations at the State of Michigan from November 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining the State of Michigan, Danielle worked at Michigan State University, Human Resources, where they held the position of Manager of Talent Management from September 2014 to November 2019. Danielle founded and worked as a Consultant at Bahrie Consulting from 2009 to January 2018.

Danielle's earlier work experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Hydrodynamics International from January 2011 to September 2014. Danielle also worked as a Specialist in Employment Relationships at Amway in 2010 and as a Specialist in Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) at Dow Chemical from 2008 to 2009.

Danielle's career in human resources began with their role as a Law Clerk at Bahrie Law from 1995 to 2008. Danielle also gained experience as a Human Resources Internal Consultant Intern at Whirlpool Corporation in 2007.

Danielle Polaskey holds a Masters degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, which was earned between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Michigan State University, earning a Bachelors degree in Communications from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Danielle has obtained certifications in various areas through LinkedIn, including "AI Challenges and Opportunities for Leadership," "HR as a Strategic Business Partner," and "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" in 2023.
