David M. Lacroix

David M. LaCroix, CPA has over 25 years of experience in internal audit and business analysis. David M. is currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Emergent BioSolutions since 2015. Prior to this, they held the same role at QinetiQ North America from 2011 to 2014. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Internal Audit Director at Vangent, Inc. Before that, they served as the Director of Internal Audit at Digene Corporation from 2003 to 2008 and as the Director of Internal Audit & Business Analysis at Public Broadcasting Service from 2000 to 2003. David started their career at Ernst & Young as the Manager of Internal Audit Services from 1999 to 2000. David M. also gained significant experience at Gannett, where they held various roles including Manager of Internal Audit, Senior Internal Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Internal Audit Assistant from 1991 to 1998. Overall, David has demonstrated a strong expertise in internal audit and has held leadership positions in several reputable companies throughout their career.

David M. LaCroix, CPA, received their education from George Mason University - Costello College of Business. David M. earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1989 and later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting from the same institution, graduating in 1990. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1998, Certified Internal Auditor in 1999, Certified Fraud Examiner in 2003, and Certified Information Systems Auditor in 2007.
