Sharon Muscato

Sharon Muscato has extensive work experience in compliance operations and transparency management in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Their most recent position was as a Senior Director of Global Compliance Operations at Emergent BioSolutions, where they led the digital transformation of the corporate compliance function. Prior to that, they served as a Director of Global Compliance Operations at Moderna, where they focused on leveraging automation and technology to improve operational efficiency. Sharon has also held various leadership roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and EMD Serono, where they were responsible for overseeing transparency and compliance operations. Sharon began their career at Brown Brothers Harriman as an Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance. Throughout their career, Sharon has been dedicated to driving strategic initiatives, implementing systems and tools, and optimizing processes to reduce risk, increase visibility, and deliver actionable insights.

Sharon Muscato holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Northeastern University. Sharon has also obtained a certification in "Power Apps: Building Data-Driven Apps" from LinkedIn in 2023.
