Stephanie Duatschek

Ms. Duatschek joined Emergent in June 2021 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Governance, and Business Analytics. In this role, Ms. Duatschek ensures Emergent’s corporate strategy is integrated with core business processes to enable long-term prioritization for corporate decision making and development efforts. Prior to her current role, she partnered with the senior leadership team as a consultant in areas of strategy, governance, and commercialization.

Before joining Emergent, Ms. Duatschek served as Vice President, Strategic Marketing and Program Operations at United States Pharmacopeia and Vice President of Commercial Operations at MedImmune, where she was responsible for driving business growth and sustainability and ensuring operational efficiency. She has 25 years of experience in various strategic and operational roles spanning research and development, portfolio management, marketing, and commercial operations in the biopharma industry.

Ms. Duatschek earned an M.B.A. from Duke University and a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry and applied molecular biology from University of Maryland.
