Christopher Turner

Christopher Turner is an accomplished healthcare finance professional with extensive experience in medical billing and management. As the Founder, President, and CEO of EMERGICON since October 2006, Christopher has significantly improved ambulance billing processes and reimbursement rates for Texas communities. In 2019, Christopher founded EMERGIFIRE to extend similar billing services to fire departments. Previously, as CFO for CareFlite, Christopher successfully increased cash collections by over $6 million and streamlined the billing operations. Additional roles include Divisional Finance Manager at EmCare and Key Market Segment Analyst at UnitedHealthcare, along with earlier experience as a Planning Analyst at UTSW Zale Lipshy. Christopher holds an MHA in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University and a BSBA in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
