Ken Quaglio

Ken Quaglio is a seasoned executive currently serving as a Partner at Kearney since January 2022. In addition, Ken holds the position of Independent Director on the Board of Directors and serves on the Audit Committee for Shentel, a diversified telecommunications holding company. Ken is an Advisory Board Member for the Syracuse University Office of Veteran and Military Affairs and acts as an advisor for Objective Area Solutions and Emerging Sun, LLC. Ken previously founded Red Thread Growth Advisors and served as CEO at Celerity, leading its transformation into a digital consultancy. Additional experience includes roles as President/CEO at Siteworx, LLC, and member of the Advisory Committee on Veterans Business Affairs with the US Small Business Administration. Ken holds an MBA from Syracuse University and a BS from Florida State University, also serving as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University.
