Varvara Krutiy

Varvara Krutiy is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum. Currently at Emerging Travel Group since September 2022, Varvara previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Betting Company BetBoom from September 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included the development of new team processes, facilitation of team activities, and management of multiple projects while supporting existing services.
