Monica Guerrero

Monica Guerrero is currently the Executive Assistant to Arne Duncan at Emerson Collective. Prior to this, they were with Kandji as a Recruiting Operations Specialist from May 2021 to January 2022. There, they were responsible for curating the candidate experience, initiating and executing offers, and assisting in hiring efforts. Monica also coordinated remote interviews and maintained relationships with agency partnerships. Monica joined Kandji during the company’s transition from Series A to Series B and was engaged in full-cycle recruitment with the GTM team.

Before Kandji, Monica was with OpenGov Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from March 2019 to March 2021. And before that, they were Office Manager at DataStax from July 2016 to November 2018.

Monica Guerrero is a student at the University of California, Los Angeles. Monica is studying psychology and has a minor in education. Her concentration is in cognitive science.
