Rebecca Blanck-Weiss

Rebecca Blanck-Weiss is a seasoned manager specializing in site operations and landscape design, with extensive experience in managing large-scale properties and nursery facilities. Currently serving as Manager of Site Operations at Emerson Collective since August 2022, Rebecca oversees a diverse 52-acre property, focusing on vendor and tenant management, legal compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at the San Francisco Recreation & Parks Department as Nursery Facilities and Operations Manager, where leadership was demonstrated through the redesign of an $8M nursery facility. Additional experience includes operational oversight at the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy and landscape design work with various organizations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Pitzer College and an Associate of Arts in Landscape Architecture from Merritt College.
