Elga San Juan is a seasoned professional in marketing and campaign management with extensive experience in leading roles. Currently, as Lead Campaign Management Specialist at Emerson since September 2021, Elga oversees campaign operations and management. Prior to this, Elga worked at Shopee from July 2018 to September 2021, transitioning from Marketing Campaigns to Operations, Listings & Content Management, where responsibilities included back-end CMS management, EDM setup via Salesforce, and curation of high-quality content listings. Elga began the career at Estée Lauder Beauty Companies Inc. as a trainee, focusing on sales and inventory management, and gained valuable experience in psychiatric settings during an observership at Philippine General Hospital. Elga holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University, completed in 2016, along with a high school diploma from San Beda College.
