Henry Lim

Henry Lim, EMBA, CSCP, currently serves as the Supply Chain Director and Sustainability Lead for Asia Pacific at Emerson, focusing on lean sourcing and greenhouse gas emission controls. Previously, Henry held the role of Director of Operations and Supply Chain at YSQ International, where responsibilities included managing eight manufacturing facilities globally. As General Manager at Meiban Energy, Henry oversaw supply chain, operations, and business development, achieving important certifications. Earlier experiences include managing a plant at Baker Hughes, leading engineering teams at KLA-Tencor, and holding engineering roles at Seagate Technology and Micron Technology. Henry holds an Executive Master in Business Administration and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
