Michael Richards

Michael Richards is an experienced professional in the field of training and instructional design, currently serving as Manager of Global Educational Services at Emerson since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing and facilitating training programs for Discrete Automation solutions. Additionally, Michael operates as Principal and Training Director at Richards Learning Solutions LLC, managing the creation and delivery of varied training solutions. Previously, Michael held the role of Global Training Director at GE from 2007 to 2018, overseeing comprehensive training program development and execution.
