Rohit Vaidya

Rohit Vaidya currently serves as the Global Vice President of Technology and Engineering at Emerson, overseeing Branson Ultrasonics, a leader in ultrasonic welding technologies. In this role, Rohit is transitioning the development team to Model Based Development methodologies, enhancing processes for embedded systems. Prior to this, Rohit founded ROVA Strategy and Technology Consulting LLC, providing expertise in technology and product development, including IP management and engineering assessments. Rohit's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Woodward, Inc., where Rohit held various executive positions, notably leading a global engineering team and delivering strategic engineering solutions in the aerospace sector. Rohit holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pune University.
