Sébastien Plessis

Sébastien Plessis has 18 years of experience in management consulting (with Mars & co, Bain & company and Emerton), working with CEOs and C-suite of leading international corporations and midsize companies, and in project management.

He has a deep experience in the identification and selection of project leaders for the management of complex projects and new initiatives. He has also a distinctive experience in assisting global companies in their digital transformation and find talent to lead digital transformation or digital initiatives. He has also built a strong experience in the launch of new activities.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the ESSEC Business school in Paris, and is a graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure School in Paris.
