Ryan Paterson

Ryan Paterson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Ryan started their career as the Head of Marketing at Ajax Cape Town from 2001 to 2004. In 2005, they founded On Side Consulting. In 2009, they joined Prozone Sports Ltd, where they served as the CEO for Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, as well as the Global Head of Multi-Sport. Ryan continued to work with Prozone Sports Ltd until 2016. In 2011, they became the Managing Director of TO Sports until 2013. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Ekaya Productions and also took on the role of Strategic Business Consultant at Stats Perform, eventually becoming the Chief Global Officer. In 2017, they joined Getihu as the Chief Entrepreneur Officer. In 2018, they joined Hi5 Technologies as an Advisory Board Member and became the Chief Commercial Officer at EMGuidance. Additionally, they serve on the executive team and is an investor in EMGuidance.

Ryan Paterson attended Bryanston Primary from 1982 to 1988, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during this period. Ryan then attended St Stithians College in South Africa from 1989 to 1993, earning a high school degree with a focus on Maths & Science. After that, Ryan Paterson attended the University of Cape Town from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Information Systems and Financial Accounting.
