Matt Baum

Matt Baum has worked in a variety of roles in the sales and recruitment industry since 2004. Matt began their career at Yahoo as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they sold Yahoo! Search Marketing and Yahoo! Display Ads for Recruitment. In 2008, they moved to Simply Hired as Director of Inside Sales, where they recruited, hired, and trained teams of sales reps, developed sales processes and plans, and managed sales pipelines and forecasts. In 2012, they joined Work4 as Global Accounts Director, where they launched a sales channel working with job content providers. That same year, they also joined AfterCollege as Director of Sales, where they re-launched the sales team and implemented a content marketing strategy. In 2014, they co-founded Redux Stage Co. and in 2017, they co-founded LeadDetail, LLC and began working at Similarweb as Senior Director, Enterprise Accounts. Finally, in 2019, they joined Joveo as Global Enterprise Account Director and Consider as Head of Sales, where they developed and executed a go-to-market strategy. In 2022, they will become Head of Sales at Emi Labs.

Matt Baum is currently a student at the University of California, Berkeley, where they are studying Computer Science.
