Shilpa M is a seasoned software testing professional with over 10 years of experience, currently serving as a QA/QC Manager and Lead QA at Emids since December 2016. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Shilpa is recognized as a principle QA lead and project management practitioner with expertise in designing test strategies, planning, and managing complex projects utilizing both manual and automation testing skills. Core competencies include software quality team management, continuous improvement training, and Agile scrum project management, supported by a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
