Trisha Digiore

Trisha DiGiore serves as the Managing Director of Legal at Emigrant Venture Partners and as Associate General Counsel for FinTech at Emigrant Bank, both since August 2023. Previously, DiGiore held the position of Associate General Counsel for New Digital Initiatives at BBVA from January to August 2023, where responsibilities included legal support for multi-geographic consumer banking and payments. From April 2021 to January 2023, DiGiore served as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Consumer Banking and Payments at Stash, leading regulatory counsel for banking technology and managing complex vendor contracts. DiGiore's experience also includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel for Digital at HSBC, Banking & Finance Attorney at Phillips Lytle LLP, Senior Attorney at Lewis & Munday, and Finance Attorney at Bryant Burgher Jaffe LLP. Early career work involved serving as Special Assistant District Attorney at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office and as Public Finance Associate Attorney at Nixon Peabody. DiGiore earned a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
