Toby Reclusado

Toby Reclusado has been working in the professional world since 2010. Toby began their career as a Marketing employee for CARE Ambulance Service Inc. In 2014, they moved to RSI/Medic-1 Ambulance Services as the Manager of Quality Services. In 2016, they became the Community Relations Manager for Beacon Health Care, where they worked to develop census levels in a skilled nursing facility through direct contact with physicians and hospital personnel. Toby also worked with staff to meet customer needs based on data based feedback and customer feedback, and participated in community events to broaden brand recognition. In 2018, Reclusado moved to Emily Grene, where they took on the role of Director of Recruiting and Development and Director of Technology. Additionally, they have been a self-employed CPR Instructor since 2013.

Toby Reclusado completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara. Toby then attended Mt. San Antonio College, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Fire Science/Fire-fighting in 2001-2002. Toby later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of La Verne.
