Vikas Shukla

Vikas Shukla has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Vikas most recently worked at ENOC as the Head of Shipping and Chartering, where they were responsible for chartering and commercial operations for a tanker fleet involved in various trades. Prior to that, they were the Operations Manager at Pacific Basin Shipping Limited, where they handled day to day control of vessels and negotiated charter parties with clients. Vikas also served as the Fleet Operation Manager/D.P.A. & C.S.O. at Prince shipping services Gulf Petroleum, overseeing tanker fleet utilization and technical management. Additionally, they worked as a Marine surveyor/consultant at Cleghorn Wilton and associates, where they conducted a wide range of surveys and assessments. Before that, they gained experience as a Master Mariner at Executive ship management and as a Mariner at Tanker Pacific Management.

Vikas Shukla completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nautical Science at the University of Mumbai, with an end year of 2009. Prior to that, they attended ST. Thomas College Dehra dun from 1994 to 1996, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
