Jesse Brooks

Jesse Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jesse started their career at AT&T in 1977, where they served as a Manager of Organization Effectiveness for 20 years. In 1997, they joined Knight Ridder, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Learning, where they played a crucial role in developing training programs and aligning them with corporate goals. In 1998, Jesse founded their own company, J.L. Brooks and Associates, Inc., where they served as President. In 2000, they joined PPL Susquehanna as a Consultant. In the same year, they also became Vice President at Tosan Inc. Currently, Jesse is self-employed and holds the position of President, as well as the Head of Nuclear Safety Culture.

Jesse Brooks earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development from American University AU/NTL from 1996 to 1998.
