Asma al Ali

Asma Al Ali has extensive experience in human resources and administrative affairs, currently serving as a Human Resources Relations Officer at Emirates Post since December 2008, where responsibilities include coordinating performance appraisals, training, and health insurance in the Forth Postal Zone. In a prior role, Asma held the position of Head of the Human Resources & Administrative Affairs Unit for Zone 4, overseeing various HR and administrative tasks. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Projects & External Relations at RAK Free Trade Zone, where Asma developed project management structures and managed public relations; and earlier roles included Officer for After-Care Services & Public Relations and Business Center Coordinator, focusing on customer retention and service improvement. Asma holds a Master of Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a B.A. in Business Management from Sharjah Women’s College, as well as a Higher Diploma in E-commerce from Ras Al Khaimah Women’s College.
