Kaushik Mohan

Kaushik Mohan (Koach) began their work experience in 2007 at The Parthenon Group as a Senior Principal. Kaushik then joined L.E.K. Consulting in 2017, serving first as a Principal and later as a Partner and Managing Director. In 2021, they moved to EMK Capital where they are involved in Growth Investing.

Kaushik Mohan (Koach) completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University. Kaushik furthered their education by earning an MBA in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, during the years 2009 to 2011.
