Nico Marx

Nico Marx currently serves as a Partner at EMK Capital, a position held since August 2019. Previously, Nico held the role of Group CFO at A-Star-Education Holdings Pte Ltd from June 2017 to June 2019 and served as Director of Investments at Arowana International from August 2014 to April 2017. Arowana International is a conglomerate with diversified investments across several countries and is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Prior to these roles, Nico was Director of Corporate Development at Sterling Early Education Ltd for a brief period in 2014 and worked as Investment Director at Bregal Capital from February 2008 to July 2013. Nico began a career in finance as an Analyst in Investment Banking and Special Situations Group at Citigroup between June 2005 and December 2007. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
