Megan Hancock Lane

Megan Hancock Lane is an Associate Hydrogeologist at EMM Consulting Pty Limited since March 2021. Previously, Megan served as a Senior Hydrogeologist and Environmental Scientist at Water Science & Monitoring within the Department for Environment and Water from 2012 to April 2022, focusing on water supply and impact assessments for various projects in South Australia. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Environmental Scientist advising on strategies to minimize runoff in Great Barrier Reef catchments at the Department for Environment and Resource Management from 2011 to 2012, and as an Environmental Scientist at Gilbert & Sutherland from 2007 to 2011, specializing in environmental management for construction, mining, and waste projects. Megan holds a Master of Science in Groundwater Hydrology from Flinders University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management from Southern Cross University.
