Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in organic products and nutrition. Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, specializing in online sales of organic body care and environmental products. Concurrently, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
