Najuma Atkinson

Najuma Atkinson is an experienced executive with a robust background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as EVP and Chief People Officer at Hasbro, Najuma has also held the position of EVP, Chief Talent and Operations Officer at the same company. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of the Chief Customer Office and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dell Technologies, as well as Vice President of Human Resources there. Najuma is a member of the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee at Marqeta, as well as a Board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area. Earlier in career, Najuma served as Assistant Treasurer at Deutsche Bank. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Fisk University.
