Kate Spelman currently serves as the Development Manager at the Foundation for Hearing & Speech Resources, focusing on fundraising activities, communications, database management, donor stewardship, and grant writing since November 2023. In addition, Kate has been the Associate Rector at Emmanuel Episcopal Church since September 2021. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Communications at The Village Chicago, the Aging with Pride Program Specialist at AgeOptions, and the Rector at All Saints Episcopal Church. Additionally, Kate worked as an Assistant Minister at Christ Church in Philadelphia and held a role as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Chicago. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity with an Anglican Diploma from Yale Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Linguistics from The University of Chicago.
