Fi Star-Stone is a highly regarded parenting expert and child sleep consultant with over 27 years of experience working with families globally. Currently serving as a co-presenter of the Self(ish) podcast, Fi has also made significant contributions to various media platforms, including regular appearances on BBC and Sky News, as well as writing for Bounty UK Ltd and Mother&Baby Awards. As a bestselling author of four parenting books and editor of the childcare website Childcare is Fun!, Fi also hosts parenting Q&As for Emma's Diary and has established a strong online presence. Fi holds a BA in Childhood and Youth Studies from The Open University and an NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing from Stafford College.
