Tricia Mikolai serves as the Marketing Communications Lead at Emmetts since February 2023, bringing extensive experience as a Marketing Communications Strategist at Mikolai Consulting since November 2019, where emphasis is placed on crafting effective communication strategies to enhance business growth and community engagement. Previously, Tricia held leadership roles at FranklinCovey Australia & New Zealand and Energy Exemplar, focusing on brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and team management. Tricia also contributed as a volunteer on the board of WOW FM and has a strong background in managing marketing operations for BI WORLDWIDE in various capacities, enhancing sales and employee engagement. Tricia holds a Master of Business Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of St. Thomas.
