Grace Mudrick, MBA, is an accomplished Property Manager with extensive experience in residential property management and real estate sales across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Currently managing a diverse portfolio at Emory Hill since June 2022, Grace also serves as a Notary Public for the State of Delaware and a Spin Instructor at the YMCA of Cecil County. With active engagement in real estate since 2004, Grace has previously held roles as a Realtor, property manager, and senior consultant across various organizations, including ADP and Rand Worldwide, where notable achievements include exceeding sales targets and developing strategic marketing plans.
