Sior Richard Dudek

Richard Dudek, SIOR, currently serves as a Senior Associate at Emory Hill since June 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was a Partner at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International from December 2004 to July 2023, specializing in site identification, investment analysis, commercial leasing brokerage, and property management across various sectors including office, retail, warehouse, multi-family, and investment in the Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania markets. Richard also owned ValleyBrook Group from 2009 to March 2015 and served as President at PRD Realty 1220 LLC from 2006 to 2011. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Finance from the University of Delaware, completed between 1999 and 2004.
