Tron Kjetil Frøland

Tron Kjetil Frøland is an experienced professional in IT operations and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Sales Executive and Key Account Manager at EMP Secure since August 2020. In this role, Tron facilitates collaboration between customers and suppliers to foster mutual growth. Additionally, since May 2021, Tron has held the position of Chairperson at Moksheimtunet Boligområde. Previously, from August 2015 to August 2020, Tron worked at Vigilo AS as a Project Manager and Product Owner, contributing to the company's significant growth from 5 to nearly 20 employees. Tron began the career in early childhood education as a Pedagogical Leader at Trondheim kommune from August 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing personnel, guiding employees, and establishing a new department. Tron holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Dronning Mauds Minne Høgskole and has additional education in pedagogy and physical education from NTNU and Høgskolen Stord/Haugesund.
