Tracy Harvey

Tracy Harvey is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in pharmacy operations and clinical management. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy and DME Operations at Empath Health since June 2016, Tracy has previously held significant roles including Pharmacy Operations Manager and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Notable achievements include developing a primary care pain clinic, managing an electronic consult service, and implementing policies for opioid prescribing safety. Earlier, Tracy’s work at Suncoast Hospice involved leading a Lean Six Sigma project to enhance pharmacy efficiency and patient care. Tracy also has a background in software engineering and consulting, having worked with HSN and Accenture. Tracy holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Florida.
