Roman Konstantinov has over 17 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Roman began their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer at N-iX. Roman then moved to ELEKS in 2004 as a Software Engineer for Healthcare Projects. In 2006, Roman joined SoftServe as a Vice President of Software Engineering, where they managed all infrastructure and operations, developed strategies and objectives, and transformed IT culture. Roman then became the Director of Software Engineering, responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a global technical team. In 2015, Roman co-founded Empeek, a full-service enterprise software development company, and has been the Chief Executive Officer since.

Roman Konstantinov graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2002 with a Master degree in International Relation, focusing on International Information. Prior to that, they attended the LPML lyceum (Lviv physics & Mathemetics lyceum) from 1995 to 1997, studying mathematics, physics, and English. In 2020, they obtained a HIPAA Associate (HIPAAA) certification from HIPAA Training.
