Clara Tapia Palacio

Clara Tapia Palacio is currently a Fellow in the ExE Education Leadership Programme at Empieza Por Educar, where engagement in the Teach for All Network takes place. Clara serves as both a basketball player and coach at Basket Almeda and has been a high school science teacher at Institut Neus Català since September 2021. Previous coaching experience includes working with U-10 girls' basketball at Club Joventut Badalona and a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation. Clara's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (expected June 2026), a Master's in Secondary Education from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (2021-2023), a Master of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Calgary (2019-2021), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wyoming (2016-2019).
