Bill's extensive experience spans various roles at Ontario Telephone Co., Inc. and Finger Lakes Technologies Group, including oversight of ISP services and network systems. Early career accomplishments include engagement management and operations center management at IBM Global Services, as well as a foundational role at Frontier Communications in data network engineering and operations. Bill Doran completed education at the Rochester Institute of Technology between 1979 and 1983.
