Erika Dehaas

Erika DeHaas has a strong background in marketing and communications. Erika started their career at High Road as an Account Supervisor and worked there for five years. Erika then moved on to Canadian Tire Corporation where they served as a Marketing Communications Manager for almost two years. Erika joined FGL Sports Ltd next and held various roles including Associate Vice President of Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing. Most recently, they worked at Empire Company Limited as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and previously held roles as Vice President of Marketing Communications, Marketing Director of Media & Sponsorship, and Director of Digital & Strategic Marketing. Erika has a breadth of experience in marketing and has held progressively responsible positions throughout their career.

Erika DeHaas earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Windsor, attending from 2001 to 2005. Erika also obtained the Chartered Marketer - Advanced Standing (CM) certification from the Canadian Marketing Association in September 2023. In the same month and year, they completed the Sobeys - Rotman Executive Presence Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
