Jackie Segouin

Jackie Segouin, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Program & Marketing Manager at Empire Justice Center since December 2020, previously holding the role of Program & Marketing Manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher at LaFargeville Central School District, Graduate Assistant and Graduate Student Ambassador at Binghamton University, Teller at Gouverneur Savings and Loan Association, and Marketing Manager at Mt. Morris Furniture, where Jackie developed social media strategies to enhance brand recognition. Jackie began the professional journey with internships at the 7th Judicial District Unified Court System, the Adopt-A-Business Program, and the Office of Senator Patty Ritchie. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Jefferson Community College.
