Rodger Brownlee

Rodger Brownlee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and military leadership. Since January 1999, Rodger has served as a Senior Sales Associate at Empire Roofing, specializing as a Senior Estimator and Sales Advisor. Prior to this role, Rodger was the Command Sergeant Major for the 36th ID - TXARNG from January 2003 to December 2005, overseeing the health, welfare, and training of 15,000 enlisted soldiers and their families. Rodger's military career spanned from 1965 to 2005, during which various positions were held, culminating as Division Command Sergeant Major. Additional experience includes serving as a Sales/Project Manager at S.W. Roofing Company from 1980 to 1998. Rodger is a graduate of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, holding a degree in Military Applied Sciences, and earned a high school diploma in Mathematics from Boswell High School in Saginaw, TX.
