Douglas Stainton has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Douglas started their career as an Asset/Liability Manager in the Investment Department in 1986. Later, they held various roles in different organizations such as ASB Funding, American Savings Bank, Bank of the Hudson, McDonal Investments, Provident Bank, Putnam County Savings Bank, Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union, First Niagara Bank, and Empire State Bank. In their roles, they had responsibilities ranging from managing treasury operations, portfolio management, pricing and hedging of mortgage loans, to credit and loan management. Douglas's experience also includes strategic planning, customer profitability analysis, and marketing of various loan products.
