Jasmine Walls is an experienced leader in Learning and Development with a current role as Senior Academy Leader at Empire Today since February 2014, specializing in training new employees on D365, CRM, Tableau, and sales systems across the continental US. Jasmine also played a key role in the 2023 rollout of Field Service Mobile Management. Concurrently, Jasmine has been an Independent Associate at LegalShield Official since July 2014, providing affordable legal services and identity theft protection. Previous experience includes positions as Field Services Manager at Lowe's Companies, where collaboration with installation companies and service providers was crucial, and as Operations Manager at The Home Depot, overseeing customer service and the management of over 100 associates.
