Matthew Hannigan

Matthew Hannigan is an experienced XMS Applications Engineer at Empirix, Inc., since March 2005, specializing in the installation and troubleshooting of complex monitoring solutions for VoIP and TDM carrier networks, along with expertise in debugging various communication protocols. Prior roles include Tier 3 Engineer and Network Applications Engineer, where Matthew supported the implementation of TDM and VoIP testing products and contributed to the development of ISDN functionalities. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Technical Support Manager for the MCK Division at Verso Technologies, where Matthew established a three-tier support system and a 24x7 call center, and as a Tier 3 Switch Engineer at Avaya, providing engineering support for the Definity switch platform.
