Ray Pardo

Ray Pardo is currently the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at EmpiRx Health, starting in February 2024, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to the Project Management Office and collaborating on project management strategies. Prior to this role, Ray served as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Senior Director of Services & Support at EnlivenHealth® from October 2020 to December 2023. Ray's extensive experience also includes positions at Omnicell, where roles spanned from Director of National Operations for Population Health Solutions to Senior Manager of Operations, overseeing professional services and product strategies. Additionally, Ray founded and served as President of SUP Miami from October 2011 to January 2013. Ray holds an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a B.A. in English from Florida International University.
