Stephanie Schrager

Stephanie Schrager, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior People Operations Manager at EmpiRx Health since December 2018. With a progressive career at EmpiRx Health, Stephanie has held multiple roles including People Operations Manager and People Specialist. Prior to EmpiRx, Stephanie worked at The Fountain Spa from June 2014 to December 2018, where achievements included improving customer satisfaction and coaching staff to meet sales goals as a Hospitality Supervisor. Additionally, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Fair Lawn Public Schools. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
