Inshal Javaid Khan has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Ufone, where they provided assistance to the MFS Executive. They then worked as a Marketing Executive at Nettech Ltd, where they tapped into new potential clients and developed technical business relationships. After that, they joined Ovex Technologies Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. as a Renewal Analyst, utilizing vendor Salesforce and SAP to facilitate contract renewals with technology partners.
In 2016, they joined KeepTruckin and held multiple roles, including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Team Lead, Manager Support - Tier II, and Manager Support Tier 1. They provided customer support, developed processes for employee evaluation, and worked with various support teams to resolve escalated client issues.
From 2019 to 2022, Inshal worked at Go Instore (Now Emplifi) as an Implementations Manager, implementing live video consultation and commerce software with global customers and enabling dark store models for technology enterprise clients.
Currently, Inshal Javaid Khan is the Head of Client Implementations at Emplifi. They have hired a team to manage onboarding processes, implemented digital solutions using the Emplifi platform, and successfully onboarded over 100 international enterprise clients.
Inshal Javaid Khan completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) from the Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering (CASE) from 2011-2015. Before that, they pursued their A-levels as a private candidate in the Sciences from 2010-2011. Their secondary education was completed at The City School from 2007-2009, where they earned their O-Levels in Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Inshal has obtained certifications in Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in March 2022 and an IELTS certification from the British Council in July 2015.
