Ivan Cagliari Ferri

Ivan Cagliari Ferri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ivan started their career as a Photographer and Sales Associate at Universal Orlando in 2008. Later, they worked as an Intern / English Teacher at Wizard in 2009 and as a Character Attendant at Walt Disney World from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Ivan joined Nestlé, where they held various roles including Administrative Assistant focused on Project Management, Social Media Analyst, and Digital Marketing Senior Analyst. During their time at Nestlé, they had the opportunity to work on global projects and initiatives, including a six-month mission to restructure Nestlé Brazil's digital strategy.

In 2015, Ivan transitioned to Socialbakers, starting as a Sales Education Manager in Brazil before moving into roles such as Pre Sales LATAM & Education Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Strategic Account Manager. Ivan was responsible for account management, growth, and customer success across the LATAM region, executing account strategies and ensuring maximum value for clients from the Socialbakers Marketing Suite.

Currently, Ivan is working at Emplifi as the Director of Client Management and Growth for Brazil.

Ivan Cagliari Ferri obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Economics and Controllership with a major in Economics and Accounting at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2012.
