Susan Snipes is an experienced human resources professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in HR consulting and management. As the Owner/Consultant of Employ HR Pro, LLC since November 2016, Susan delivers tailored HR project and recruiting solutions to both local and international clients. In addition to overseeing HR consulting at Remote People and serving as a Human Resources Consultant for various companies including Delica AG, 5S Technology, and NoFraud, Susan holds multiple roles focused on people placement strategy and employment branding. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, Susan combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in HR process improvement, technology implementation, and recruiting strategy.
