Dustin Hinton

Dustin Hinton is an accomplished Agile professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, specializing in optimizing Agile practices. Currently serving as the Director of Agile Execution at Employbridge, Dustin partners with technology leadership to enhance organizational agility. Previous roles include Agile Ops Manager at WP Engine, where oversight of a team of eight Agilists was a key responsibility, and Scrum Master Manager at Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., supervising eleven Scrum Masters and driving Agile adoption. With a strong background in coaching, training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, Dustin has made significant contributions to organizational efficiency and project delivery in roles extending back to 2007, including positions at TaxACT, Honeywell, and Intermec by Honeywell. An entrepreneurial venture as the founder of Dustin Hinton Consulting also showcases desertion's commitment to Agile coaching and consultancy. Dustin holds a BA in Computer Science and Theatre Arts from Cornell College.
